All orders are made to order at our workshop in Agra and shipped across India by reputed courier partners.
Dispatch time
- Custom stamps are dispatched in 1–2 working days after the design is confirmed.
- Embossing seals and wax seals may take 3–5 working days.
- Ready products such as inks and pads are dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery time
Most metro cities receive orders in 2–4 days after dispatch; other locations usually take 3–7 days. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹600. A flat fee of ₹60 applies to smaller orders. Any Cash on Delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, the courier name and tracking number appear on the Track Order page and are sent to you by email / WhatsApp.
Damaged parcels
