Because every stamp is custom-made with your text or artwork, please check your design carefully before ordering.
Cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge before production starts (status “Pending”, “Confirmed” or “Design Review”). Call or WhatsApp 9286866883 with your order number.
- Once a stamp is in production it cannot be cancelled.
Replacement
- If there is a manufacturing defect, or the stamp does not match the design you approved, we will remake it free of cost.
- Spelling or content mistakes in the text you supplied are not covered; we can remake the stamp at a discounted price.
- Report problems within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the stamp and its impression.
Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original UPI account within 5–7 working days. Ready products (inks, pads) can be returned unused within 7 days of delivery.
