Which stamp should I choose?
Self-inking stamps are the fastest for daily office use. Pre-inked (flash) stamps give the sharpest impressions and are best for logos. Nylon stamps on a wooden handle are the most economical and work with any stamp pad. Pocket stamps are self-inking stamps small enough to carry.
How do I design my stamp?
Open the Stamp Maker, choose your stamp and size, pick a design type (GST, address, signatory, received, paid…), select a ready layout and type your text. You can add stars, dots and icons, curve text on round stamps, change fonts and drag anything into place.
Can I upload my own logo or design?
Yes. On any stamp page choose “Upload your design” and attach a JPG, PNG or PDF (up to 8 MB). You can also type the exact text you want. Our designers set it up for your stamp size.
Can I make a stamp in Hindi?
Yes. In the Stamp Maker select the “Noto Sans Devanagari (हिंदी)” font and type in Hindi. You can mix Hindi and English lines.
Will I see a proof before you make the stamp?
Our team checks every design. If something needs changing we call or WhatsApp you. If you want a proof before production, mention it in the order notes.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch in 1–2 working days after your design is confirmed. Courier delivery usually takes 2–7 days depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any UPI app) and Cash on Delivery.
How many impressions will my stamp give?
Self-inking stamps give up to 10,000 impressions before re-inking; pre-inked stamps up to 25,000. Both are refillable with our refill inks.
Which ink should I use for refilling?
Use self-inking refill ink for self-inking stamps and pre-inked stamp ink for pre-inked stamps. Never mix them – they have different bases.
Do you make government or official seals?
We do not make stamps that imitate government departments, courts, police, banks or educational institutions without valid authorisation. We may ask for supporting documents.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your company name and GSTIN at checkout and they will appear on your invoice.
